Physician-led precision health

Measure It. Model It.
Act On It.

Measure every lab test, molecular profile, scan and wearable reading. Model them into one comparable record, your digital twin. Act on a plan your physician writes and signs.

Where results disagree, a physician resolves them and signs the result. The record is portable, and it is yours.

Measurement has outpaced
interpretation.

Biology can now be measured layer by layer: the genome, the chemical marks that regulate it, the genes being switched on, the proteins and metabolites circulating in the blood, and the microbes living in the gut, alongside imaging and the continuous signal from wearables. Yet each result arrives from a different laboratory, platform or year, and is read in isolation against a population range rather than the person's own baseline. Many people now have more data than anyone reads, and no one responsible for the whole picture.

Comparable results

Results from different laboratories, assay platforms, specimens and years are made comparable where the science supports it, and marked where it does not. The original value, unit and method are always kept.

Disagreements, resolved by a physician

When two findings point different ways, both are shown with their sources. A physician decides, and the decision is signed and dated.

A named author on every statement

Every output is classified when it is generated and released only to the people entitled to see it. No interpretation reaches you without a physician's name on it.

How it works

A cycle your physician leads, repeated on the schedule they set.

1

Collect

Results from any laboratory, including genetic and other molecular testing, along with imaging and consult reports and wearable exports, come into one record. Every value keeps its source document, and a person reviews it before it is accepted.

2

Normalize

Units are converted with published factors, and the original is kept. Relative measures from high-plex platforms keep their own scale. Where two results cannot be compared, the chart shows a break instead of forcing a line.

3

Resolve

Conflicting findings go to a physician with both sources attached. The physician decides and signs.

4

Review

You go through your results with your physician, who sets your own ranges, writes your plan and signs both.

5

Re-measure

Tests are repeated on the schedule your physician sets, and each result is shown against your own history.

How it reaches people

A physician-led membership

A hands-on service for individuals and families, delivered alongside your own doctors. A physician reviews, resolves and signs your results, and with your consent your doctors receive a clear summary.

Today this care is assembled by hand for a few. The platform exists so it can reach many.

Evidence first,
and honest about it.

We say only what the evidence supports, and we say when it is thin.

One record, every layer

The record is designed to hold genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic and microbiome data alongside routine blood chemistry, imaging, wearables and clinical history, each value with its source, platform, specimen and date.

Organized by what matters for healthy years

Findings are grouped into heart and circulation, metabolism and inflammation, brain, cancer screening, and body and recovery, with metabolism treated as the common trunk.

Every test, with its evidence

Each recommended test carries its evidence basis: whether a marker is shown to cause disease or is only associated with it, and whether it can be changed.

Guidelines come first

We add to guideline screening, never replace it. We don't recommend whole-body MRI for people at average risk, and we don't lead with multi-cancer blood tests.

Privacy and security

Health information is encrypted, access is limited by role, and every change is logged.

Regulatory design from the start

Every output is classified by what it claims when it is generated, so what we release stays inside what the evidence supports. Research use happens only with a separate consent you can withdraw at any time, with no change to your membership.

Bench to boardroom.
